The clinical and spiritual credentials that she has obtained, allows her to help others to navigate their path. As a Doterra Wellness Advocate, She also teaches on a natural alternative, to help alleviate stress and emotional issues, using essential oils. She uses aromatherapy and breathing techniques as a coping technique.
